Free Market
Free market is where the buyers and sellers interact in the market place. There are many advantages to a free market system but the major one is that there is no government involvement. What a lot of people love about free market is the wide range in variety of goods and services. Different to the command system, in free market you get paid how hard and how long you work. There is a lot of innovation throughout this system always looking to go forward. Whilst the free market system sounds good there are a few disadvantages. One of which is that there is a big financial difference between the rich and the poor. If you are unable to work due to sickness or injury you get paid no extra funds. In some cases this system can allow some companies to hold more power than they should. A major problem with free market is greed. Company's want more than their fair share. Hong Kong is a great example of a free market they hardly have any government interference and the buyers and sellers decide what is produced.
